I have a little ceramic anchor from a long-dead wind chime. I was planning to take a picture of it to go with this post. Then I noticed that one of our miniature Nativity scenes has a pronounced star.
That's the sort of anchor I need, something I can latch onto that will pull me forward into the light out of the shadows that cling so tightly.
Star of Bethlehem, draw me to Jesus, the Light of the World.
