Your intention is not worth much without your follow through. It's a good thing to remember as we come to the close of the year. We may not do formal New Year's resolutions, but most of us do some thinking about what our goals are for the new year. Those goals are not going to be attained unless we also do some thinking and planning about how we are going going to follow through.
I keep talking about #AppalachianTrail2020 for #Birthday70. A major goal for 2019 is to be ready to go by the end of the year. There is a lot of follow through involved in making that happen, including working with the spine center and physical therapists to get my back problems resolved!
I want to work on Pilates and yoga every day. I did rather well right after the herniated disk cleanup a year and half ago, but I got sloppy. It's time to pick a daily time and keep a log with the calendar on the wall.
